Who we are
Nexavar Technologies Ltd is a technology company that develops practical online utilities for document and productivity work. Our aim is straightforward: take a task that is often buried inside complex desktop software and provide a focused tool that explains what it does, how to use it, and what limitations matter. Nexavar PDF Tools is one part of that work.
People handle PDFs in many settings. A small business may need to assemble an application, a student may need several pages from a research packet, and a household may need to rotate a scanned form before sending it. These jobs should not always require a software subscription or an unfamiliar account. We build tools that can be opened in a modern browser and used for the task at hand.
What we build
Our products concentrate on clear, repeatable workflows. On this site, that includes combining and separating PDFs, converting pages to images, turning images into documents, changing page order, adding page numbers or watermarks, updating metadata, and inspecting basic document information. Each utility has its own page because the choices and risks differ. Compression, for example, has different consequences from rotating a page, and a useful interface should make that distinction visible.
We do not present decorative controls as working features. A tool is published when it can produce a real local result in supported browsers and when its limitations can be stated plainly. Some advanced PDF capabilities, including reliable redaction, OCR, certificate validation, and preservation of every interactive feature, require specialist software or server infrastructure and are not represented here as simple operations.
Our approach
We favor small interfaces with direct labels, visible processing feedback, specific error messages, and a result that can be downloaded. The design is responsive so the same task can be opened on a phone, tablet, or desktop, although device capability still matters. Large files and high-resolution page rendering can demand more memory than a mobile browser can provide.
Written guidance is part of the product. Each tool page explains suitable use cases, a step-by-step workflow, practical examples, quality tips, and limitations. That information helps a visitor choose the right operation before changing an important document. We avoid fabricated ratings, testimonials, usage totals, awards, and performance claims because those signals do not help someone understand the actual tool.
Our PDF tools
Nexavar PDF Tools covers five related areas: organizing pages, converting documents and images, adding simple visible or descriptive information, inspecting document properties, and reducing file size. The tools use established browser-side JavaScript libraries for PDF parsing, creation, and page rendering. They create a new output rather than intentionally overwriting the original file on your device.
PDF is a broad format with many versions and extensions. Files can contain forms, annotations, embedded attachments, scripts, digital signatures, unusual fonts, layers, and access restrictions. A browser utility can handle many conventional files but cannot guarantee preservation of every advanced feature. We encourage visitors to retain the source and inspect the result, especially for legal, archival, accessibility, print-production, or signed documents.
Browser-based processing
The document-processing code on this site runs in the visitor's browser. Selecting a PDF or image makes it available to the page for local processing; the current tool implementation does not submit that document to a Nexavar file-processing server. This architecture reduces unnecessary file transfer and allows the tools to work without an account. It does not mean the website itself receives no technical data: a hosting provider may process ordinary request data when pages and scripts are loaded, and analytics or advertising services may be introduced subject to the published privacy and cookie information.
Local processing also creates practical boundaries. Performance depends on the browser, available memory, file size, page count, and image resolution. Closing or reloading the tab clears the current in-page task, so visitors should download a finished result before leaving. Password-protected files must generally be unlocked with authorized software before editing tools can read them.
Privacy and transparency
We describe current behavior precisely and update our policies when services change. We do not claim that no data can ever be collected, because a public website necessarily involves hosting and network requests. Instead, our Privacy Policy distinguishes selected document content from ordinary website data, and our Cookie Policy explains how cookies may be used if analytics or advertising services are enabled.
We also believe transparent limitations are essential. A compressed file can become larger; a converted scan does not automatically become searchable; editing may invalidate a digital signature; and metadata removal is not redaction. The relevant tool page states these points where they can affect a decision.
Contact information
Nexavar PDF Tools is operated by Nexavar Technologies Ltd. Questions about the site, its tools, these policies, or a technical problem can be sent to [email protected]. Please do not attach confidential documents. A description of the browser, tool page, file type, and error message is usually enough for an initial investigation.
