Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nexavar PDF Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms form an agreement between you and Nexavar Technologies Ltd concerning this website.
Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational, and business document tasks. Access is provided without an account. You may link to public pages and download results created from content you are authorized to process.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing the correct tool and settings, maintaining source backups, reviewing outputs, and deciding whether a browser utility is appropriate for your document. You must comply with confidentiality duties, records rules, export controls, and other requirements that apply to you.
Selected and uploaded content
The current tools process selected files locally in the browser and do not intentionally upload them to a Nexavar file-processing server. You retain responsibility for the content and represent that you have the rights and authority needed to process it. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
Intellectual property
The website design, original written content, branding, and site code are owned by or licensed to Nexavar Technologies Ltd, subject to third-party library licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in your source documents and in outputs to the extent provided by applicable law and underlying rights.
Prohibited activities
- Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass security controls.
- Introducing malware or using automated access that materially impairs service.
- Misrepresenting the origin, authorization, or legal effect of a processed document.
- Removing notices or using the branding in a misleading way.
Service availability and changes
The site may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and individual tools may behave differently across browsers or PDF variants. No uptime, storage, support-time, compatibility, or continued-availability commitment is made. Keep local copies of all important files.
Document limitations
PDFs may contain forms, signatures, scripts, layers, embedded files, accessibility structure, color profiles, restrictions, and other advanced features. Processing can remove or alter those features. Compression may increase file size, image conversion does not perform OCR, cropping is not redaction, and editing generally invalidates cryptographic signatures. The result must be reviewed before use.
