Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to Nexavar PDF Tools, a website operated by Nexavar Technologies Ltd. It explains the difference between files you select for local processing and technical information that may be handled when you visit a public website. It does not cover unrelated websites that may link to or from this service.
Information collection
We do not provide user accounts on this site. We may receive information you choose to send by email, including your address, message, and any attachments. Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type, device information, referring page, response status, and security events. This data can be used to deliver the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Uploaded and selected files
The tools currently process selected PDFs and images with JavaScript in your browser. The tool code does not upload those selected documents to a Nexavar file-processing server. Files remain available to the page while the tab is open and a download result may be represented temporarily by a browser-generated object URL. Reloading or closing the page ends that in-page session, but downloaded outputs remain wherever your browser saved them.
Do not interpret local processing as a claim that every component of your device, browser, extension, network, or hosting environment is controlled by us. Keep your browser updated, review installed extensions, and use an appropriate managed environment for highly sensitive documents.
Cookies and local storage
The current tool workflow does not require an account cookie. The site may use essential browser storage when necessary for security, preference, or delivery functions. If analytics or advertising services are introduced, they may set or read cookies or similar identifiers as described in the Cookie Policy. Availability and behavior can vary by region and consent choice.
Analytics
We may use analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, device categories, referral sources, and errors. An analytics provider may process identifiers and technical usage data under its own terms. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics, we intend to request it before activating those technologies. The presence or absence of a particular analytics service can be confirmed through browser storage and network controls.
Advertising services
The site may display advertising in the future. Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived location, page context, or interaction data to select, deliver, limit, and measure ads. Personalized advertising will be subject to applicable consent and provider controls. Advertising areas, when used, will be separated from tool controls and will not be presented as download buttons.
Google services
If Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Consent Mode, or another Google service is enabled, Google may receive technical and interaction data as described in Google's own policies. Google provides controls for advertising personalization and analytics in supported settings. This policy does not state that a Google service is active merely because it may be used later; implementation and consent notices must match the services actually deployed.
Third-party services
Static hosting, domain, email, security, analytics, or advertising providers may process limited data to provide their services. Links to third-party sites are governed by the third party's policies. The PDF libraries used by the tools are served from this website rather than fetched from a public CDN during each tool session.
Purposes and legal bases
Depending on location and context, data may be processed to provide requested website functions, pursue legitimate interests in reliability and security, comply with legal obligations, respond to communications, or act on consent for non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.
Data retention
Selected document content is not intentionally retained by a Nexavar file-processing server because the current tools process it in the browser. Hosting security and access logs may be retained according to operational needs and provider settings. Email correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention can vary with the category and context of the data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a static website, but no browser, device, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Keep original documents, inspect outputs, use trusted devices, and avoid processing sensitive material on shared or unmaintained systems.
Children's privacy
This service is a general productivity website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
International users
Website infrastructure and service providers may process technical data in countries other than your own. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used by the relevant service operator.
Your privacy choices
You can avoid sending an email, decline non-essential cookies where a consent control is offered, use browser settings to clear or block storage, adjust advertising controls offered by providers, and choose not to process a document on this site. Blocking essential browser features or JavaScript can prevent the tools from working.
Policy changes
We may revise this policy when the site, providers, laws, or practices change. The updated date will be changed when a revision is published. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website where appropriate.
